Sun-dried tomato

Ingredients
Serves 4
1 package raw spinach
1 package arugula
10 slices sun-dried tomatoes, soaked and tossed in olive oil and garlic
3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds Provolone cheese flakes
Step by Step
15 minutes
1 Wash and dry the spinach and arugula.
2 Add the sun-dried tomatoes with a little of their garlic oil.
3 Add provolone cheese flakes and the seeds on top.
4 DRESSING: Place salt, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and 2 tablespoons of honey or 3 packets of sweetener (this is how I do it) in a jar. Cover the jar and shake to create an emulsion. Pour over the salad and enjoy!
